Wholesaler's Permit
A Free wholesaler's permit, also called a state sales tax id number,
or wholesaler's license, is required for sellers of wholesale
merchandise. The permit is used to sell at wholesale (without
charging taxes to the buyer of the merchandise ).
This way the government can trace the sale thru the tax id number.
