You Need A Permit that is called a seller's permit and the LLC is your business legal structure certificate for your Lipgloss business. The way To Obtain Physical Resale Certification is by first obtaining an OK seller's permit that comes with the resale certificate or is part of it. To sell Lip Gloss, the right paperwork is a business license, a seller's and a dba, llc or corporation.
